Class 1H was brought to the Hong Kong Central Library for a visit on 29 February, 2024, aiming to acquaint them with knowledge on the library facilities and services provided there. We also aimed to help equip them with skills in self-directed leaning and the use of library resources for lifelong learning.
During the visit, students could develop precious experience in locating the whereabouts of a target loan item through referring to the library catalogue as well as gaining an overall picture of the library layouts. They also had the opportunities to try renewing or reserving items for loan. These novice learners apparently found the learning experience gained most promising and rewarding.

為了讓學生對圖書館設施和服務有更深入的認識，並協助他們掌握自學技巧和善用圖書館資源以達至終身學習的目標。一望班於二零二四年二月二十九日前往香港中央圖書館參觀，學生可利用圖書館目錄搜索外借資料的樓層位置及館藏現況，亦可進行續借或預約等手續。同學們都投入學習，滿載而歸。
